Top 10 Countries By User On LinkedIn


This weekend I put together a report on social-media use by country, applications used and use, time spent on-line and demographics. Among other reference sources, I referred to Socialbakers.Com, which I find to be one of the best sources of free data on-line. the top 10 countries by LinkedIn users made for interesting reading, along with the comparison with Facebook numbers. Any surprises in this list for you?

    Thanks for sharing! I wonder, how does Socialbakers.Com figure out the LinkedIn numbers? LinkedIn tries to hide them. The LI-related numbers above make do sense to me and correlate very well with these numbers of *public* profiles: http://booleanstrings.com/2012/04/16/the-numbers-of-public-profiles/

    Comparing the numbers with population numbers and doing a % would make more sense if we had an estimate of duplicate and fake profiles.
